Key Responsibilities
Lead Drug/BJs team to drive profitable revenue and market share
growth
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business
objectives
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
10+ years of proven sales experience in consumer-packaged goods
Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
Current or past experience with Drug customers
In-depth understanding of CPG industry dynamics
