Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Customer Contact Center and
ensure team goals are met
Drive employee engagement, development, and performance management,
including hiring and conducting performance reviews
Lead strategic improvement initiatives and monitor call
responsiveness metrics
Required Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional experience
Proven leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and motivate others
Strong organizational skills
