Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electronic Assembler Job Summary The Electronic Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing electronic components and systems according to specifications. This role involves working with small electronic parts, hand tools, and machinery to ensure that products meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble and test electronic components (e.g., circuit boards, sensors, modules) Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to assemble products Solder electronic components onto circuit boards and perform wire connections Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols Record assembly data and report any issues to supervisors Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience with soldering and using hand tools (e.g., tweezers, screwdrivers) Familiarity with electronic components and basic understanding of circuitry Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in electronics assembly or similar manufacturing roles IPC certification (e.g., IPC-A-610) is a plus Knowledge of ISO standards or other quality control processes 1st Shift Payrtate: DOE $20.00-$26.00
