Job Description:

hiring Machinist in Van Nuys, CA As a Machinist you will be :
Responsible for the planning, layout, setup, operating and making
tool adjustments for a variety of major conventional or automatic
machines. Works from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to
perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping
of metal to precision dimensions. Checks and inspects and builds
machining operations against specified tolerances. May include work
with fabrication, sheet metal operations, or machine hardware and
assemblies. May also make recommendations concerning use of and
improvement upon materials and design. Overall Summary Developing
support individual contributor. Works under general supervision.
Work is less structured within identified boundaries and
procedures. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward
situations. The ideal candidate will have: Need 3X Haas and Gibbs
CAM experience. Requires developing job knowledge/skills. Requires
a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of
prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates
Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. This is a 6
Month full time Contract opportunity. Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00
per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be
based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
