Details Job Details: Our company is seeking a passionate and
skilled Permanent R&D CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team.
This position provides a unique opportunity to work with a team of
experienced professionals in the manufacturing industry. The
successful candidate will be responsible for using computer
numerically controlled (CNC) machinery to produce precision parts.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong
problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of machining
processes. This is a full-time position that provides a competitive
salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: 1. Setup, operate,
and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts. 2. Read
and interpret technical drawings and plans to understand the
specifications and tolerances of the product. 3. Have a working
knowledge of using G Code and M Code. 4. Use precision measuring
instruments to inspect and verify the dimensions of the parts. 5.
Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and implement new
manufacturing processes and techniques. 6. Adhere to all safety
protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work
environment. 7. Detect and report any machine malfunctions promptly
and accurately. 8. Participate in continuous improvement
initiatives by suggesting modifications and enhancements to improve
the efficiency and quality of the machining process. 9. Maintain a
clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations. 10.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure
optimal performance. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of
experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry. 2.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machinery, including
lathes, mills, and screw machines. 3. Solid understanding of G Code
and M Code programming. 4. Excellent ability to read and interpret
technical drawings and plans. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. 6. Familiarity with precision measuring
instruments. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a
team. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 9. A
strong commitment to safety and quality. 10. High school diploma or
equivalent. A degree or certificate in machining or a related field
