hiring for Foreman in Gardena, CA. This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire
opportunity. Schedule: 8-hour shift, may require additional 2 hours
OT depending on project needs Weekend work as needed Flexibility
and willingness to travel long-distance or out-of-town sites
(Southern Ca) Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour, with pay open
to negotiation *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be
based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc. Qualifications: 3 years of team leadership experience in
construction. Ability to read and follow technical drawings and
specifications. Strong leadership skills, ensuring punctuality and
accountability from the crew. Experience using power tools (drills,
impact drivers, table saws, hand cutters) and enforcing safety
practices. Flexibility to travel to project sites throughout
Southern California and the state. As a Foreman you will: Lead the
onsite installation crew, coordinating daily activities and
ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Install
prefabricated panels for floors, roofs, and structural and
non-structural walls. Install pre-made interior finishes including
walls, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and appliances. Connect and
commission Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
including HVAC, water heaters, sub-panels, and ductwork. Maintain
clean, professional jobsites and ensure respectful behavior on
client properties. Enforce all PPE rules and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of installations and any field
modifications. Support factory Production operations as needed
