Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to provide
technical support and ensure the reliability of their search
service.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers to ensure high availability and smooth
operations of the service
Resolve customer support tickets and service incidents in a timely
manner
Set up backups, deploy software, and perform routine maintenance
tasks, including security audits
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Linux system administration
(Ubuntu/CentOS)
Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or
GCP)
Knowledge of network issues, including firewall and load
balancing
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
Practical knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL database systems
