Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior UX Engineer to create
intuitive and scalable interfaces for AI-powered enterprise
applications.
Key Responsibilities
Architect user experiences by translating complex workflows into
simple, accessible interfaces
Provide AI UX thought leadership by staying ahead of trends and
improving human-AI interactions
Build and maintain UI components, contributing to the design system
and shared modules
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in front-end or UX engineering roles,
preferably in enterprise software or AI applications
Expertise in modern front-end technologies such as React,
TypeScript, or Tailwind
Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and
accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
Willingness to learn new tools and techniques in a fast-moving
environment
