A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Platforms
- Back Office Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to build and maintain services
for internal operational data
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address data needs
across various domains
Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Back Office
data services
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing engineering teams (typically 2+ years)
in a high-growth environment
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with distributed
systems or data platforms
Background in backend engineering with Python or similar
languages
Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and operational data
lifecycle
Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, finance,
or biotech
