Concrete Paving is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Concrete
Superintendent to join our team in Pomona, CA. As a leader in the

perfect for you. Daily Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of
heavy civil concrete construction projects Coordinate with project
managers, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure projects are
completed on time and within budget Manage and mentor construction
crews Perform quality control inspections Required Skills:
Commercial Construction experience Paving and General Construction
knowledge Experience with Pile Driving and Take-offs Strong
background in Civil Construction and Reinforced Concrete Knowledge
of Structural Steel Framework and Highway/Bridge Construction Nice
to Have Skills: Experience with Hardscapes and Pipelayer Background
in Construction Management and Structural Design Experience with
Construction Drawings and software like Blue Beam.and Procore
Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary
ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on
experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits
package that includes Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental
