Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Marketing Associate Director,
Training.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and execute the global training curriculum aligned with the
Brand Management & Marketing Competency Model
Lead and oversee the rollout of training engagements, ensuring
high-quality delivery
Manage and mentor the training team while collaborating with
marketing leaders to align training programs with business
goals
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 7 years,
Bachelor's degree with 9 years, Associate's degree with 12 years,
or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of Marketing
experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people or leading
teams
10+ years of marketing experience preferred
Strong marketing acumen and industry knowledge
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix
organization
