Great benefits and pay! Job Details Job Details: We're on the hunt
for a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our
team. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to work
in a fast-paced and vibrant environment. As our Payroll
Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy
and efficiency of our company's payroll system. You will have a
pivotal role in the daily operations of our financial department,
contributing significantly to the overall financial health of our
organization. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2
years experience using Paycor. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and
manage the entire payroll process ensuring all employees are paid
accurately and on time. 2. Compile and record employee time and
payroll data. 3. Handle adjustments to pay related to overtime,
leave balances, and other factors. 4. Ensure compliance with
federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best
practices. 5. Coordinate with HR department to verify that employee
benefits and payroll are properly processed. 6. Prepare and submit
reports detailing payroll account changes, tax deductions,
insurance, and retirement savings. 7. Perform account balance and
payroll reconciliation. 8. Respond to employee inquiries regarding
payroll issues or concerns. 9. Implement, maintain, and review
payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing
of payroll transactions. 10. Develop, manage, and maintain
comprehensive payroll records. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 2
years of experience in ADP Workforce Now. 2. Proven experience as a
Payroll Administrator, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role. 3.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, payroll tax, benefits, and
compliance management. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel. 5. Exceptional time management and
organizational skills. 6. Strong numerical aptitude and attention
to detail. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
professionalism. 9. Knowledge of federal and state payroll
regulations. 10. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business
Administration, or related field is preferred. 11. Certified
Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus. If you have a
