Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant -
Financial Reporting and Equity Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review SEC filings and financial statements, ensuring
compliance with GAAP and SEC guidelines
Oversee equity compensation accounting and administration,
including stock-based compensation programs
Coordinate with external auditors and drive continuous improvement
in accounting procedures and reporting automation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance,
or related area; Master's or CPA preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting standards
Three to five years of healthcare experience preferred
Experience with Workiva, Workday, and Shareworks is a plus
Ability to perform complex accounting analyses and meet
deadlines
