Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Billing Strategy Lead,
Eligibility & Reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives for payer coverage analysis,
reimbursement optimization, and denial mitigation
Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle management,
insurance eligibility, and claims lifecycle
Conduct investigations into coverage gaps and claim denials,
translating findings into operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration,
Economics, Information Systems, or related field; Master's
preferred
8+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle
operations, or payer relations, with exposure to lab billing
Strong understanding of payer contracts, prior authorization
requirements, and insurance eligibility verification
Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, and healthcare platforms
such as AdvancedMD and EMRs
Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Hyperion, or Business
Objects
